HOME INSPECTION SERVICES

SINGLE FAMILY HOME

Single family homes are detached properties on their own lot that do not share any walls with other properties. Single family homes offer backyard space and more privacy.

CONDO

A condo is very similar to an apartment in appearance and function, but each unit of the building is owned by different individuals. Each individual can choose to rent out their unit if they wish but manage their own unit.

TOWNHOUSE

A townhouse is similar to a condo in that each unit is owned by different individuals. However, townhouses are multi level units and are typically a row of similar units that share common walls on the left and/or right, but not on the top/bottom. Townhouses are similar to single family homes, but share at least one common wall.

ROOF INSPECTION

A roof is a structure forming the upper covering of a building or other shelter. Its primary purpose is generally to provide protection from the elements, but it may also contribute to safety, security, privacy, insulation, and so on.

THERMAL IMAGING INSPECTION

Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non- invasive technology that allows the inspector to show clients things about their homes or buildings that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods. Ancillary inspection reports are just as important as the reports generated for standard inspections

MAINTENANCE INSPECTION

A maintenance inspection is essentially the same as a standard home inspection, but the inspection is done for the current owner. Most of these homeowners have been in their homes for over five years, and they may or may not have had their home inspected at the time they purchased it.
